Bullpadel

Bullpadel Vertex 05 GEO 2026 Pablo Cardona

Editorial assessment · 2026 model

The Vertex 05 GEO 2026 gives experienced attackers a different setup from the standard Vertex 05. Its geometric head has a published 541 cm² surface, with Xtend Carbon 3K, MultiEva and an approximate 260 mm balance. The weight remains 365–375 g. We would compare the GEO when you like the Vertex family but want a broader head and more weight towards it.

Best for
Experienced attackers who want to compare a broader geometric head with the standard Vertex.
Main trade-off
The larger head and higher listed balance change the setup without making the racket lighter.

Our assessment

More than a different finish

The standard Vertex 05 and GEO have the same 365–375 g range and MultiEva core. Standard uses a diamond head and 12K face; GEO has a geometric head and 3K face. The GEO also has a larger published head area and higher listed balance.

Choose between those setups by your preference for shape and response. The carbon count is not a quality ranking, and the head-area figure is not a measured sweet spot. There is no reason to assume that one model is a universal upgrade over the other.

Consider an alternative if: You want less head weight or a lower total weight.

Strengths

  • The 541 cm² head surface is larger than the standard Vertex 05's 530 cm².
  • Its listed balance is higher than the standard model's: about 260 mm versus 254 mm.
  • Optional upper weights allow a further 9 g of adjustment.

Drawbacks

  • More head weight can be unwelcome when preparation time is short.
  • The larger head surface does not establish the size of the forgiving hitting area.

FAQ

Is the GEO's 3K face lower quality than the standard Vertex's 12K face?
No. The numbers describe the filament count in each carbon bundle, not a quality grade. The face construction, resin, core and frame all contribute to the response. Bullpadel gives both models an intermediate feel classification.
How much weight can I add with Custom Weight?
The GEO supports three 3 g upper weights, adding up to 9 g. That differs from the standard Vertex 05's stated 12 g allowance. Additional weight towards the head changes the balance, so start with the supplied setup before adding plates.
