About PadelFormat

PadelFormat publishes padel news, guides, rankings, player profiles, statistics, gear information and free tournament tools.

Content is provided for general information. Product details, prices, availability, rankings, schedules and rules can change. Check important information with the relevant retailer, event organizer, tour or federation.

Using the website

You may use the website and its tools for personal, club and ordinary commercial event organization.

You must not:

• Interfere with the website or try to bypass its security.
• Submit malicious code or automated spam.
• Collect personal data from the site without a lawful basis.
• Copy or republish substantial parts of the site.
• Use automated requests at a rate that harms the service.
• Misrepresent PadelFormat content as your own work.
• Use the site for unlawful activity.

Tournament tools

You are responsible for checking player names, pairings, scores, timings and results before relying on them.

Browser storage can be deleted by the user, browser or device. Keep a separate copy of information that you cannot afford to lose.

If you create a sharing link, anyone with that link may be able to view the tournament information. Do not enter sensitive personal information. The organizer is responsible for obtaining any permission needed from participants.

PadelFormat does not guarantee that a tool will always be available or that locally stored data can be recovered.

Health and training content

Training, fitness and injury-related content is general information. It does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.

Gear, prices and retailers

Product specifications, prices, stock and shipping information may change after publication. The retailer’s current page controls the final price, availability, delivery terms and returns.

External websites

PadelFormat links to retailers, tours, federations and other websites. Those sites control their own content, security, terms and privacy practices.

A link does not mean that PadelFormat guarantees every claim, product or service on the linked site.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, PadelFormat owns or licenses the site’s original text, design, graphics, tools and code.

You may quote short passages with clear attribution and a link to the source. You may not republish full articles, copy product databases, reproduce tools or use the site’s content to create a competing publication without permission.

Third-party names, logos, photographs and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Messages and corrections

You confirm that you have the right to send any text, image, source or other material submitted through the contact form.

Sending material does not guarantee publication. PadelFormat may use submitted factual corrections and source information to update its coverage.

Do not send confidential information through the general contact form.

Availability and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information and tools accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results.

To the extent allowed by law, PadelFormat is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on site content, third-party retailers, external websites or loss of locally stored tournament data.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update the website and these terms. The review date shows when the terms were last materially checked.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory rights provided by the law of your country remain unaffected.
