One Vertex 04 2025 owner on Reddit reported more acceleration but a less forgiving response after moving from a Varlion. They also had an extra head protector and grip fitted, which complicates the comparison.
That is a useful reminder to compare your actual playing setups. An added protector puts more mass at the head; extra grips add mass at the handle. Write down what is fitted before deciding whether a different racket will solve a handling problem.
