Bela Pro or Defy Pro?

Both models weigh 370 g nominal and use high-density Power Foam. Bela Pro has a hybrid head and 24K carbon face; Defy Pro has a diamond head and 15K carbon face. Wilson lists both at 265 mm balance, so their shape labels alone do not prove that one has a higher balance point.

We would compare their handling and response in a trial rather than choose by carbon count. A 24K label does not establish that Bela is better, softer or more powerful than a different 15K construction.

Consider an alternative if: You want lower weight, a softer core or your first racket.

No. Wilson calls it Hybrid, also described as teardrop in its Bela V3 guide. The Defy Pro is the diamond-shaped model. Bela Pro still has a substantial 370 g nominal weight and firm construction, so the shape correction does not make it a beginner racket.
