Bullpadel Vertex 05 Geo (2027)

Editorial assessment · 2027 model

The Bullpadel Vertex 05 Geo 2027 uses Bullpadel's geometric head, a 3K carbon face and a medium-firm response. We favour it for experienced players who want a more attacking Vertex option while keeping a broad all-court brief. Its listed balance is about 260 mm and weight is 365–375 g.

Best for
Experienced players seeking a firmer Vertex response and attacking emphasis.
Main trade-off

Our assessment

More than a different Vertex finish

Geo changes the shape, face material and stated feel. The 541 cm² hitting area is larger than the standard model's listed area, but we would not equate that number with guaranteed forgiveness. Try off-centre blocks as well as your best overheads.

The rough Top Spin surface is a useful detail for players who already use slice. It supports your technique; it does not create the stroke for you.

Geo or Hack?

Both belong on an experienced attacker's shortlist. Geo lists a slightly lower balance than Hack and uses a different face and shape. We would compare how easily you find clean contact under pressure. If neither feels comfortable through defensive sequences, standard Vertex or Hybrid is the more useful next trial.

Consider an alternative if: You want a low-balance, lightweight racket or a very soft face.

Strengths

  • Distinct geometric head and 3K face.
  • Medium-firm response with Top Spin texture.
  • Adjustable setup.

Drawbacks

  • Substantial weight and attacking balance.
  • A larger face area does not guarantee every mishit will be forgiving.
