Bullpadel Hack 04 (2026)

Editorial assessment · 2026 model

The Hack 04 2026 is the diamond model for players who prefer head weight and a firmer response. Bullpadel lists 365–375 g, an approximate 264 mm balance and TriCarbon 18K over MultiEva. That is a sensible starting specification for an experienced attacker. A player wanting less head weight should compare the Hybrid, which keeps the same published mass but moves the balance closer to the handle.

Best for
Advanced players who build their game around attacking volleys and overheads.
Main trade-off
The firm, attacking setup asks more of your timing when you have little preparation.

Our assessment

Standard Hack or Hybrid?

The 2026 standard Hack has a 264 mm balance; the Hybrid is about 250 mm. Both list 365–375 g. The difference is where the racket balances, so the Hybrid deserves a look when you want less head weight without changing the published mass.

Their faces also differ: TriCarbon 18K on the standard model and aluminized A-18K on the Hybrid. Bullpadel describes the standard as Intermediate/Hard and the Hybrid as Intermediate/Soft. Those are more useful distinctions than assuming every Hack feels the same.

Consider an alternative if: You want a lighter racket, a softer response or less head weight.

Strengths

  • The diamond head and higher balance suit players who already prefer head weight for attacking shots.
  • Hesacore is supplied as part of the grip setup.
  • Optional head plates allow deliberate weight adjustment.

Drawbacks

  • The 365–375 g range already has substantial mass before custom weights.
  • Its Intermediate/Hard feel is a poor starting choice if you already dislike firm rackets.

FAQ

Will the Hack 04 give an intermediate player more power?
It may help a player who already swings confidently and likes a firmer racket. It is not an automatic power upgrade. If you are often late to the ball, the weight and balance can make clean contact harder; improving timing matters more than choosing an attacking model.
Do I need to add the Custom Weight plates?
No. The racket can be used in its supplied setup. Up to four optional 3 g plates add as much as 12 g towards the head, changing weight and balance. Add them only when you have a clear reason to want more head weight.
