Pick Power if you prefer a teardrop head. Pick Lite if you prefer a round head and the lower listed weight of 355 g. Both have fibreglass faces, soft foam and carbon reinforcement in the frame. Those shared features matter more than assuming Power must be a much more demanding racket.
