The Astrum+ is worth comparing if you like a firmer racket but do not want high balance. StarVie combines a teardrop head and medium balance with a 12K Carbon Hyper face and M-EVA Balance core. We would put it on a shortlist for experienced players who are comfortable with a medium-firm response.

Start with the Astrum+ if medium balance and a medium-firm core sound closer to what you already enjoy. The Black Titan has high balance, a harder H-EVA Power core and a higher nominal weight. Those are more useful differences than treating 12K and 24K as a quality ranking.
The Astrum+ also has a textured face and several damping features. They are part of its construction, not proof that it will produce more spin for every player or solve arm discomfort. We would compare the two rackets on blocks, lobs and volleys as well as overheads.
Consider an alternative if: You want a soft starter racket or deliberately prefer a high-balance power model.

A round Viper for experienced counter-attackers, with a 3K carbon face, X-EVA and a 365 g weight target. Babolat lists it as head-heavy. Check that combination before treating the round head as a promise of easy handling.
