The 2026 Shadow Red uses 12K carbon, while ST4 2025 uses 15K. Shadow Red is listed with medium balance and a sanded matte finish; the checked ST4 listings describe medium-high balance and a sanded gloss finish. Both sit in a firmer feel category.
We would compare their actual weights and response during a trial before paying more for the newer year. The carbon labels alone do not establish which one you will prefer. If you already like an ST4, a newer Electra is not automatically a better fit.
Consider an alternative if: You want a soft starter racket or are specifically looking for the 15K ST4 2025.
