The Control and standard Hybrid share a 355–375 g range, fibreglass construction and soft EVA. The Control has a round head and low balance; the Hybrid uses a teardrop head and medium balance. We would start with the Control if you already prefer less weight towards the head.
You do not need to move to the Hybrid simply because you improve. Choose the head shape and balance you like, then compare the weight of the actual examples available.
Consider an alternative if: Your priority is keeping the racket below 355 g, or you prefer a firmer hitting surface.
